Touching the infinite.

I was on the sacred island of Delos. Lucky enough to have a friend who has a house there, I was able once again to stay on the holy island as a guest.

It was a glorious day and in the early afternoon I decided to go for a walk to Apollon's bath. I sat by the ancient mosaic dolphins, meditating and breathing in the pure atmosphere of the dionysian folk enjoying the spiritual element of the water, cleansing themselves joyfully.
Although deserted, the place came alive for me as I was transported back to the ancient time when bathing was a purifying ritual. Beautiful women, dark and fair, were washing each other playfully as the centaurs cavorted around shyly watching the glorious scene.

I decided to walk to the nearby beach, the beach of the Holy Trinity. It was magic and after warming up in the sun I walked to the cool, shallow water with the intention of rebirthing myself in the crystalline sea. 

I started breathing at the waters edge.... Breathing in, I am still water, I reflect the sky faithfully....... Breathing out I sail over the waters through the vast emptiness of the sky...... Breathing in, I return to the island within myself....... The breathing became circular and rhythmical as step by step I entered the water in a transcendental state.

Slowly I went on, breathing and entering the cold water, inch by inch the water enveloping my body. The heat that was emanating from my body, triggered by the breathing, was simultaneously being cooled as I progressed into the sea.

My body started to vibrate as I felt a divine and complete connection with Poseidon. I was praising him gratefully for allowing me to experience such beauty, such a divine universal connection. The vibrations and warmth were rising and then rays of energy started shooting out of my head.... I was flying, literally flying and felt more alive and connected than ever before. It was pure ecstasy!

I kept breathing and completing the energy cycle, I relaxed. I floated on my back, letting Poseidon hold me like a baby, grateful to be alive. I stared at the intense blue sky....Wow!! It was amazing.

Slowly I floated back, until a strong surge of intense energy over took me and I was dancing and singing and laughing in the water like a child, I had come back to myself. 

I exited the water, it was hot! I lay in the warm sun happily, playing with the fine sand with my fingers.... profound relaxation.

My cold water rebirth was once again the epitome of bliss. How can I be anything but happy and energized when I know that there is a way to experience a connection to the divine?

Everyday life becomes unimportant when the cosmos inside you and the universe around you unite through the breath, giving you the understanding of your true power.

Rebirthing gives us the opportunity, by the grace of God, to touch the infinite.

PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS BY YOURSELF..... i HAVE HAD HUNDREDS OF REBIRTHING SESSIONS AND THEREFORE FEEL SAFE ENOUGH TO REBIRTH MYSELF IN THE SEA!!

TO DO REBIRTH IN THE WATER YOU MUST HAVE HAD AT LEAST 10 DRY SESSIONS TO CLEAR OUT ENERGETIC AND EMOTIONAL BLOCKAGES AND SUBSEQUENTLY FOLLOW THE PATH TO BLISS. EVEN THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST ONE REBIRTHER WITH YOU AND SOMEBODY ELSE SUPPORTING THE REBIRTHER!
