Affirmations For Physical Immortality - By Leonard Orr, Achariya Raja

Leonards gift to you - for all our personal health,  aliveness, truth, simplicity, and Love.   

Write or speak aloud each of the following affirmations three times, and then meditate and share about each of them with your family and friends.  You can meditate and think about each of them as long as you like - until they are working to liberate us from self-sabotage and death urge.


1.       We are living the victorious Life on this planet in the kingdom of God now!

2.       The cause of death is now lifted from my mind and my body. I am death-free.

3.       The death urge is now banished from my friends and me.  We have achieved victory over death.

4.       I am no longer a victim of death.  Death is my friend and servant. The principle of death is the principle of renewal, change, and regeneration.  Death, rightly understood, supports Life.  I no longer fear death.  Death is optional.  I am now free of my family beliefs and traditions around death.

5.       The old enemy of mankind is now dead.  The wicked witch is dead.  Ding Dong!

6.       Text Box: we can keep it FOREVER!Death is powerless when I free myself from my mental belief in it and when I don’t give it Life Energy.  Practicing the Presence of God and the simple and pleasurable spiritual purification practices, which God has given us, with Mind, Earth, Air, Water, and Fire gives us victory over death.   We now control death.  Death does not control us.

7.       It is OK with God if I master Life & death.  In fact, She/He recommends it and has done so for millions of years.

8.       I can now trust God.  He/She no longer kills people.  God no longer kills children, parents, old people, young people, or good or bad people.  Everyone is responsible for their own death by their own thoughts and lifestyle.

9.       My family is now free of death.  My son is now free of death.  My daughter now is free of death.  My dear wife/husband now is free of death.  My sister/ brother are now free of death.  My mother/father are free to choose.   We are can be free of death!

10.    It is OK with Jesus if I also conquer death.  My victory over death is becoming a practical reality for me!

11.    I am no longer afraid of people because I have totally conquered the death urge in them.  I have conquered death for them and in them.  I see and know the Truth.  Liberating people from death is getting easier & easier.

12.    We live now at the time in history when we are supposed to conquer death and live consciously with our Father within.

13.    Everyone in my circle off influence has conquered death.  We enjoy living the victorious Life over our thoughts, feelings and Body!

14.    The unconscious death urge is no longer unconscious and has stopped being the cause of death for me and everyone now.

15.    My Oneness with God - Life - gives me victory over everything, including death.

16.    God in me gives me health, success, Love, Eternal Life, peace, power, happiness, victory over death, and victory over the unconscious death urge in mankind.

17.    Mastering death and the death urge is a piece of cake.  I enjoy doing it for myself and others.  The Immortal Yoga is possible and simple for anyone who wishes a state of perpetual success and happiness.

18.    Processing the death urge for others is pleasurable in my body.   I do it joyfully and fearlessly - without discomfort nor symptoms of any kind.

19.    The Bible teaches that when we conquer death, God will live with us in a physical body.  The Bible says that “God is not willing for any to perish, but that all should come to a knowledge of repentance.”  Repentance is the science of changing our mind - healing our emotional mind and erroneous thinking.

20.    It is OK to love death and to be free of it.   We are in charge of our death and health.  We use death in the regeneration of our body for perpetual Life!

21.    When a large community of people is immersed in immortal mentality, it can expand rapidly, like a nuclear explosion, bringing a state of enlightenment, Love, and happiness.

22.    I can heal death and the death urge in others without any harm to myself.  Spiritual purification with mantra, Earth, Air, Water, and Fire makes it easy.

23.    Love has the power to conquer all, even death.   Jai Maha Maya Ki Jai.

24.    The death urge no longer bothers me nor drags me down.  As I heal my emotional mind, I feel the Joy of Life and continually choose Life.

25.    The good news of salvation is my natural divinity - that I am a Son/Daughter of God.  I achieve total salvation of Spirit, Mind, and Body through healing my emotional mind and activating my spiritual power with a good diet, exercises, herbal therapy, massage, daily conscious energy breathing, fire, and water purification, with intuitive love and participation in the community.

26.    God loves it when I am victorious.  God loves me for no reason.  Loving me is His/Her nature.  She/He just loves me always and in all ways.

27.    It doesn’t hurt anything or anybody to heal death.  It doesn’t hurt me in any way to heal death.

28.    All my chakras have the power to heal death in myself and in others without any pain or discomfort.  Praise God for AUM NAMAHA SHIVAIYA.  The Name of God is powerful.

29.    I am highly pleasing to myself without death.  I am highly pleasing to others without death.  I am highly pleasing to myself in the presence of people without death.

30.    I am safe without death.  I am safe when I heal the death urge.

31.    Through God, death can no longer touch me.

32.    It is OK to be totally healed and death free.

33.    I give attention to my Body.  It is the Holy Temple of God.  Symptoms are the sermons of God/Life in this Temple/church.  When I meditate on them, I discover the appropriate methods to heal them.  I am free to use traditional, new, or alternative methods of healing when I receive an OK from God.

34.    Now that I have healed death, I have time to heal everything else.  I am free of all urgency and scarcity.

35.    Rebirthing Breathwork heals the death urge and gives people total liberation.

36.    Healing the death urge makes it easier for me to tune into Infinite Intelligence in a practical way - every day!  It is OK for me to be successful in every way.

37.    I am filled with Life.  My mind and body are so filled with Eternal Life that they chase away death, failure, and disease everywhere I go.

38.    I am living in the Power of God today - the abundant Life which Jesus and all immortal masters promise by their example.  I am now an immortal master and I love to practice yoga - the science of Life.

39.    Earth, Air, Water, and Fire are my eternal friends and support me abundantly.

40.    The Light of God in me is stronger than death and frees other people from death automatically.

41.    God has given us Earth, Water, Air, and Fire to make it easier to be death free.

42.    The purpose of Rebirthing Breathwork is to connect us with God and free us from death through the Holy Breath (Spirit) of Life.  The purpose of Jesus was and is to free us from death.  The purpose of the Church is to free us from death.  The purpose of civilization is to free us from death.

43.    It is OK to use Earth, Air, Water, and Fire in abundance for our good and for the good of others.  I love doing the practices and being nourished by them!

44.    The Eternal Lifestyle of spiritual purification is the most wholesome and pleasurable and fulfilling one there is!

45.    God has given us hot water to use and enjoy for pleasure and spiritual liberation.  It works!

46.    The Peace of God in me has freed me from death.  Now I freely share it to free others.

47.    Physical Immortality is my Birth Right for being a Daughter/Son of God.  Physical Immortality is easy and natural!

48.    My healing is happening fast enough for me to benefit and I enjoy healing others.  Now I can heal others without harm or discomfort to myself - only the pleasurable sensations of Energy release richer Peace and Bliss, success, and joy.

49.    Victory over death is fun.  I am happy, creative, productive, goal-oriented, and a full participant in the physical universe.  I love Life!

50.    Living in victory over death is fun.

51.    We are naturally victorious beings.

52.    When we find God within and have achieved victory over death, it is safe for God to have a body in the open and to play with us; and it is safe for us to visit Her/Him whenever we like.

53.    Love in most European languages, “Amour”, means “without death” -- to Live without death!

54.    I am a conscious participant in my community and politics.

55.    I am now improving my diet and getting plenty of water and exercise.

56.    I am mastering my ability to breathe Energy as well as air.

57.    Bathing twice per day cleans and balances my Energy Body, my Soul, Mental Body, Emotional Body, and Physical Body.  Thank you God!

58.    Daily worship of God -- the Source of the fire -- through the fire is a healing power as important as food.

59.    I understand Loving service and how easy it is to play and win the money game to support my Living fully!  I have a successful and satisfying career.

60.    I am alive now, therefore my Life Urge is stronger than my death urge. As long as I continue strengthening my Life Urge and weakening my death urge, I will go on living in increasing health and youthfulness forever.

61.    Spirit Energy is eternal.  I am Spirit Energy!  Thinking is eternal. I am The Thinker!  I am free to choose Life thoughts every moment!

62.    I am safe and immortal right now!

63.    Death has no power except what I give to it in my own mind.  The power of Life and death is controlled by my Spirit and mind.  Everyone has this same power.

64.    Death is optional and voluntary for everyone, but to realize our power over death, we have to learn and practice the basic rules for the health and aliveness of our body and mind.

65.    Jai Maha Maya Ki Jai!

It is good to work with these affirmations daily until we have instant recall of all of them.  We can replace our death urge with them.  Each one becomes an Angel of God that protects us.

Read each one on tape three times in all three persons so that you hear each one nine times as you listen to the tape.  You can listen to the tape every day and become the architect and engineer of your Life and own personal aliveness!

Conscious Repetition and Conscious Reasoning are the power of the mind.  You are a beautiful, divine being of God and have a beautiful, healthy Life now!

MAKING LOVE IN THESSALONIKI

Cherries! I imagine myself bathing in a bathtub of delicious,
sweet, crunchy and juicy delicious dark red cherries when I dream of Edessa…
magnificent waterfalls, cherry and peach trees, rolling snow - capped mountains,
ancient villages, food, food, food…. What a place!

Aridea… Prehistoric land of breathtaking beauty!
Heaven on Earth with it’s amazing hot springs and hot waterfalls.
Her unbelievably rejuvenating and healing waters are a true fountain of youth!

Visiting Northern Greece for the first time in 2006, I fell in love once again with Greece; It’s natural breathtaking beauty, it’s warm and friendly people, it’s spiritual depth and it’s passion for celebration. I decided I wanted to make it a part of my life and have visited it every year at least once since then.

Thessaloniki is the hub and the Heart of this Ancient landscape. A city with the feel of a big country town; music, art, amazing restaurants, cafes, shopping and most importantly the beautiful people - open, generous and friendly, passionate and fun! What surprised me most however is their openness to spirituality and healing. It was remarkable to me to find such a thriving community of people interested in their own personal growth and spiritual expansion.

And so my lovely friend and assistant Eva organized my first Rebirthing/Breathwork seminar there. Breathwork being one of the most enlightening and empowering of all healing (and self - healing) techniques was relatively new to Thessaloniki, and being a technique which brings up people’s personal processes even before they do it, I was most curious to see how many people would turn up. And suddenly I was surprised on the day of the first seminar with all of the open and beautiful smiling faces, there in full faith and ready to experience whatever was in stall for them. It became, as always, a truly magical experience of love,understanding, compassion, communication, healing and deep spiritual journey to places in and out of mind which are open for exploration.

I am so grateful to be a part of this growing community who believe in aliveness and joy and who are courageous enough to surpass the limits of their comfort zone in the search for true inner bliss and realization of individual and collective potential.

Leonard's Orr Training in Mykonos - October 2011

In October 2011 I was blessed to be the organizer of Leonard's 9 day Training in Mykonos, Greece.

I was so excited about him coming, even though my PDA and personal lie, "I'm not good enough", was really coming up as I nervously tried to get the last details of the training together before his arrival.

And then the day came and I was suddenly at Athens airport waiting among the crowds for him to appear at arrivals. Then I saw him and when he focused his gaze on me and looked deeply into my eyes I knew it was ok... HE was here!

We proceeded to the house we were staying. I was lucky enough to have him to myself for 2 whole days before going to Mykonos. This was where, for me, the real learning occurred - that was the part of the seminar reserved for me. As I said, I'm blessed!

Soon Hieke arrived and I loved her from the moment I laid eyes on her. Same intense, open and loving gaze as Leonard's bestowed on me and that beautiful smile!

After a couple of lectures in Athens it was on to Mykonos. I knew most of the attendants and was so happy to see them on our arrival. I am very grateful to my assistants who made our arrival smooth.

Mykonos is captivatingly beautiful. It literally buzzes energetically! With Delos (the birth place of Apollon the god of light) so close and the sea all around you in it's magnificence, the light and colours are legendary. Everywhere you look there is moving water with hues of intense blues and earthy colours splashed with whitewashed houses with cobalt blue shutters.. and of course, the LIGHT.

Contrary to the last training in Mykonos, the weather was unusually windy and cold for that time of year and I was worried it would ruin the training. But with Leonard and Heike's wonderful  presence and knowledge and of course the power of the breath, fire, earth and water we quickly slipped into that place of unity with the universe and each other. The participants bonded deeply and in between interesting lectures about physical immortality, the workings of the mind and breathing, we managed to massage each other, swim and do cold water rebirths in the deep and powerful sea, lay in our sleeping bags on the sand in front of glorious fires all day, meditate and pray, dance and eat, laugh and love as well as fast and breathe. The vibration of all of the attendents rose steadily until we were filled with love and peace and of course... no one wanted to leave by the end of the training. Except Leonard! He was passionate about getting back to his beautiful lady FAST!!

All of a sudden we were at Mykonos airport. I was hugging him and Heike and then.... Gone!

The feeling remains though and the bonding of love between friends who experienced something extraordinary together.

Can't wait for next year!!

Touching the infinite.

I was on the sacred island of Delos. Lucky enough to have a friend who has a house there, I was able once again to stay on the holy island as a guest.

It was a glorious day and in the early afternoon I decided to go for a walk to Apollon's bath. I sat by the ancient mosaic dolphins, meditating and breathing in the pure atmosphere of the dionysian folk enjoying the spiritual element of the water, cleansing themselves joyfully.
Although deserted, the place came alive for me as I was transported back to the ancient time when bathing was a purifying ritual. Beautiful women, dark and fair, were washing each other playfully as the centaurs cavorted around shyly watching the glorious scene.

I decided to walk to the nearby beach, the beach of the Holy Trinity. It was magic and after warming up in the sun I walked to the cool, shallow water with the intention of rebirthing myself in the crystalline sea. 

I started breathing at the waters edge.... Breathing in, I am still water, I reflect the sky faithfully....... Breathing out I sail over the waters through the vast emptiness of the sky...... Breathing in, I return to the island within myself....... The breathing became circular and rhythmical as step by step I entered the water in a transcendental state.

Slowly I went on, breathing and entering the cold water, inch by inch the water enveloping my body. The heat that was emanating from my body, triggered by the breathing, was simultaneously being cooled as I progressed into the sea.

My body started to vibrate as I felt a divine and complete connection with Poseidon. I was praising him gratefully for allowing me to experience such beauty, such a divine universal connection. The vibrations and warmth were rising and then rays of energy started shooting out of my head.... I was flying, literally flying and felt more alive and connected than ever before. It was pure ecstasy!

I kept breathing and completing the energy cycle, I relaxed. I floated on my back, letting Poseidon hold me like a baby, grateful to be alive. I stared at the intense blue sky....Wow!! It was amazing.

Slowly I floated back, until a strong surge of intense energy over took me and I was dancing and singing and laughing in the water like a child, I had come back to myself. 

I exited the water, it was hot! I lay in the warm sun happily, playing with the fine sand with my fingers.... profound relaxation.

My cold water rebirth was once again the epitome of bliss. How can I be anything but happy and energized when I know that there is a way to experience a connection to the divine?

Everyday life becomes unimportant when the cosmos inside you and the universe around you unite through the breath, giving you the understanding of your true power.

Rebirthing gives us the opportunity, by the grace of God, to touch the infinite.

PLEASE DO NOT TRY THIS BY YOURSELF..... i HAVE HAD HUNDREDS OF REBIRTHING SESSIONS AND THEREFORE FEEL SAFE ENOUGH TO REBIRTH MYSELF IN THE SEA!!

TO DO REBIRTH IN THE WATER YOU MUST HAVE HAD AT LEAST 10 DRY SESSIONS TO CLEAR OUT ENERGETIC AND EMOTIONAL BLOCKAGES AND SUBSEQUENTLY FOLLOW THE PATH TO BLISS. EVEN THEN YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST ONE REBIRTHER WITH YOU AND SOMEBODY ELSE SUPPORTING THE REBIRTHER!

What Kylie Davis says about Rebirthing

To begin with Katia and I spoke at length about my life, where I had come from and where I was headed.
We spoke about my knowledge/memories of my birth and I began to understand some more about patterns in my life. I then began the most intense and physically healing process of my life so far. Rebirthing.
Essentially I was led on an exercise in deep breathing to access a very deep unconscious part of my mind, soul, physi, the deep part of myself....and what came was really incredible. Had it not been me I'm not sure I would have understood this was possible.

I was personally holding onto a lot of grief and pain and this came out in the rebirthing session as physical pain. I literally could not open my hands that had formed into fists, I was experiencing on a level I could understand and remember the emotional pain my mind had repressed. The reason this was so profound is I was trying to live my daily life largely unconscious as too what I held inside, which was incredible grief and pain.
Whilst in the rebirth session I was totally and utterly supported and encouraged by Katia an incredible woman on a quest. She allowed me to safely go further into my self for the absolute purpose of healing. I had the opportunity via her assistance to release this pain and move from it. I spoke to myself and to my guides directly. This was a huge turning point.

After the session we talked about what had happened. I understood that through rebirth the old could be left behind. This was truly the starting point of great healing and also of a wonderful friendship. I'm absolutely thankful that I embarked on the journey of rebirth and I even went back for more visits with Katia in Mykonos. I always had a strong sense of purpose but without important healing I was stuck in my life. With rebirth a lot of emotional healing took place on a cellular level in my body, mind and soul. In the release of a lot of pain I was able to move forward towards the life I really was meant to lead.
You might be wondering what happened from here.....well after this experience along with some more time spent travelling alone, climbing mountains etc  I changed my life direction completely starting with my career. I went home to Australia with a very clear vision. I was going to stop being afraid and to do what I know I'm here for. I began to uncover my lifes true meaning. I completed studies in Art therapy, fell in love both of which I could not have done with so much turmoil inside. I am now steadily moving towards work that is congruent with me and a life that is less bound by expectations and of pain held in childhood grief.
I am incredibly proud to call Katia a mentor and friend. She is often with me in meditation, in prayer and journeys. You see, she saw something in me and encouraged me to be brave, a warrior woman and a person living authentically and freely (which is how I see her).
Rebirth offers a wonderful, deep, and at times confronting journey into yourself. It is truly unique and can be life changing and offers you the opportunity for insight and emotional healing. In Katia you will have immense support and encouragement and be working with someone who believes in life and becoming the best that you can be.

Η πρώτη μου επαφή με το rebirthing

Έχοντας περάσει πολλά χρόνια στην αναζήτηση και όταν μιλάμε για αναζήτηση δεν εννοούμε την πνευματική  ή αυτή που οι εποχές και τα κανάλια έχουν σαν μόδα, αλλά την αναζήτηση του τι στην ευχή είμαι και γιατί πρέπει να περνάω όλα αυτά που αισθάνομαι ότι περνάω, ξαφνικά ήρθε το τέλος και απλά έπαψα να αναζητώ…

Ο κόσμος υποφέρει… και δυστυχώς ή ευτυχώς υποφέρει πολύ.  Όλοι αναρωτιούνται πως μπορούν να βγουν από την μιζέρια τους, την καθημερινότητά τους και ίσως κάποιοι να ψάχνουν απεγνωσμένα να εφεύρουν τον διακτινισμό… (και πιστέψτε με, είναι πολλοί!!)

Υπήρξε κάτι κάποια στιγμή, αυτό που ονομάζεται εναλλακτική ιατρική και εισέβαλε στη ζωή μου, αρχικά με τις πιέσεις της μαμάς, η οποία ναι μεν δεν ήταν η κλασσική ελληνίδα μάνα, «φάε παιδί μου» «πότε θα παντρευτείς» κτλ, αλλά κατείχε σύνδρομα ελληνίδας μαμάς γιατί ήθελε το καλό μου και ήξερε περισσότερο… Ποιος άλλωστε δεν το έχει βιώσει;

Οπότε κι εγώ, ήμουνα που ήμουνα στο ψάξιμο, είπα να ενδώσω στις πιέσεις και να δοκιμάσω.  Ξέρετε, αρχικά κάθε συμβουλή και προτροπή, ή ακόμα και κάθε διαφορετική προσέγγιση του θέματός σου, είναι δελεαστική. Πόσες φορές έχετε πιάσει τον εαυτό σας να σας λένε ας πούμε το φλιτζάνι και ενώ εσείς δεν τα πιστεύετε αυτά να νιώσετε ένα σκίρτημα μέσα σας, ένα κάτι διαφορετικό ρε παιδί μου. Ότι κάτι ξέρεις. Μια ανακούφιση, ένας δρόμος να διαβείς.  Ή ας πούμε ένας τύπος που κάνει μια διάλεξη, για το πόσο πρέπει να πιστεύεις στον εαυτό σου, για την δύναμή σου και για ότι μπορείς να καταφέρεις τα πάντα. Και εσύ εκεί λες ναι, αυτό είναι, έχει δίκιο.!!! Παίρνεις φόρα, νιώθεις καλά αλλά πάλι σε μερικές μέρες, ώρες ή δευτερόλεπτα, είσαι πάλι το ίδιο. Μπερδεμένη, φοβισμένη, νευριασμένη, βιασμένη από τα ίδια σου τα συναισθήματα.!!

Δεν είναι εύκολο να τα βάλεις με τον εαυτό σου. Καθόλου. Ακόμα και εγώ μέχρι σήμερα δίνω την μάχη μου. Είχα διαβάσει κάποια στιγμή σε ένα βιβλίο, την τέχνη του πολέμου του Sun Tzu και έλεγε…”if you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose. If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.”Εκεί κατάλαβα ότι δεν έχω ιδέα ποια είμαι…

Πρέπει να ξέρεις ποιος είσαι, αλλά να το νιώθεις κιόλας. Να είσαι καλά, να αγαπάς το είναι σου, την ύπαρξή σου, το σώμα σου, τα λόγια που βγαίνουν από το στόμα σου και τους ανθρώπους που διάλεξες δίπλα σου για εικόνα σου.  Κι αυτό εγώ δεν το είχα. Και το βρήκα.

Έχοντας λοιπόν την προτροπή της μαμάς, και την ευγενική διάθεση της Κάτιας δίπλα μου, έκανα για πρώτη φορά rebirthing. Ήταν μια τεχνική αναπνοών, μου είπαν, η οποία θα μου έκανε καλό. Έτσι κ εγώ το δοκίμασα…

Για τους ανθρώπους, ξέρετε, που έχουν πολλά θέματα με τον εαυτό τους ή είναι πολύ μέσα στα προβλήματα τους και την καθημερινότητά τους, κάτι τέτοιο μοιάζει δελεαστικό αλλά στην πραγματικότητα δεν το πολύ πιστεύουν. Λένε, ας κάνω κι αυτό, άλλωστε τι έχω να χάσω… Έτσι είναι η αλήθεια, ξεκίνησα και εγώ. Ήξερα βαθιά μέσα μου ότι πρέπει να γίνει η αλλαγή, ότι έπρεπε να αντιμετωπίσω τον εαυτό μου και να ξεπεράσω τις φοβίες μου, αλλά το εγώ μου ήταν πολύ δυνατό για να με αφήσει να πιστέψω ότι μπορώ να διώξω την μιζέρια μου και την στεναχώρια μου και πόσο μάλλον ότι μια θεραπεία με αναπνοές, θα μου έκανε καλό.

Το τι βίωσα, ήταν απίστευτο!! Αρχικά ένιωσα πολύ όμορφα, ανανεωμένη, διαφορετική αλλά πολύ πολύ μπερδεμένη. Δεν ήξερα πώς να το διαχειριστώ. Ή μάλλον για να μην σας τρομάξω δεν κατάλαβα τι έγινε.  Ήταν υπέροχη εμπειρία αλλά κατείχε μέσα της την έναρξη της ανακάλυψης του ποιος είμαι και των φόβων μου.

Με έβαλε σε μια διαδικασία, συνεχίζοντάς το , να ανακαλύψω κάθε μου συναίσθημα.  Ο πόνος μου προσδιορίστηκε, οι φόβοι μου αντιμετωπίστηκαν και η γαλήνη άρχισε να μένει μαζί μου τα βράδια. Απέκτησα σχέση μαζί της και είναι η πρώτη φορά που την ζήτησα σε γάμο..!!!  Πλέον δεν φοβάμαι την γαλήνη, την Εύα και κανέναν γύρω μου. Έχω εμπιστοσύνη στο σύμπαν και στη ζωή. Είδα πολλά πράγματα να αλλάζουν στην συμπεριφορά μου ,στις σχέσεις μου, στο πώς βλέπω την ζωή και τον κόσμο γύρω μου και έχω αρχίσει να είμαι υγιής, χαρούμενη και να απολαμβάνω τη ζωή μου σαν δώρο. Έχω καταφέρει να κάνω σχέσεις που με εκφράζουν, που σέβονται την προσωπικότητά μου και το ποιο σημαντικό από όλα είναι ότι ΕΙΜΑΙ ΕΤΟΙΜΗ ΝΑ ΖΗΣΩ ΣΤΟ 100% ΟΛΕΣ ΤΙΣ ΕΜΠΕΙΡΙΕΣ ΠΟΥ ΜΟΥ ΠΡΟΣΦΕΡΕΙ Η ΖΩΗ ΜΟΥ, ΧΩΡΙΣ ΦΟΒΟ ΚΑΙ ΠΑΘΟΣ.

Η διαδικασία είναι απλή, πολύ αναζωογονητική, στην αρχή κάτι που δεν έχεις συνηθίσει αλλά στην πορεία καταλαβαίνεις ότι δεν είναι κάτι δύσκολο και προσφέρει μεγάλη ευεξία.
Έρχεσαι σε επαφή με τον εαυτό σου, τα θέλω σου και τα συναισθήματά σου και αποκτάς μια ολιστική άποψή του τι γίνεται μέσα σου. Απαιτεί θάρρος και διάθεση να αλλάξεις και να θεραπεύσεις τον εαυτό σου, έρχεσαι αντιμέτωπος με τις φοβίες σου και το εγώ σου, αλλά το αποτέλεσμα είναι τόσο υπέροχο που αξίζει..!!

Ο μεγαλύτερος μας φόβος δεν είναι μήπως είμαστε ανεπαρκείς. Ο μεγαλύτερος μας φόβος είναι μήπως είμαστε δυνατοί πέρα από κάθε φαντασία. Είναι το Φως μας, όχι το Σκοτάδι μας, που μας φοβίζει πιο πολύ.
Αναρωτιόμαστε, ποιος είμαι εγώ που είμαι καταπληκτικός, πανέμορφος, ταλαντούχος, θαυμάσιος;
Για την ακρίβεια, ποιος είσαι εσύ που ΔΕΝ είσαι όλα τούτα;
Όταν αφήνουμε το Φως μας να λάμψει, δίχως να το καταλαβαίνουμε, επιτρέπουμε και σε άλλους να κάνουν το ίδιο. Όταν απελευθερωνόμαστε από τους φόβους μας, η παρουσία μας αυτόματα απελευθερώνει και άλλους.
